Bill Sonnemaker, Exercise Physiologist from Catalyst Fitness discussed Redcord concepts pertaining to Myofascial Lines, Movement in 3D, and Fundamentals of Core Training. Owner, Bill Sonnemaker (standing on right) revealed his latest exercise equipment including 2 Redcord professional workstations suspended from the ceiling. NEURAC AND REDCORD ON MORNING SHOW IN ATLANTA
The CBS morning show "Better Mornings Atlanta" had visitors from One on One Physical Therapy to explain the benefits from Redcord Neurac in combination with pilates training. Karen Warren told how this "revolutionary" new Norwegian treatment method allows people with pain to start strength training with pain free exercises in Redcord.
Low impact exercises targeted at problem areas enable them to wake up sleeping muscles that pain tends to shut down, Karen explains. During her 17 years of practice she calls Redcord "the most effective thing I've used".
